Nairobi Airport / Hotel – Samburu National Reserve
Pick up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport at 8:00 am, then depart for Samburu National Reserve via Isiolo. Enjoy a game drive before checking in at the lodge. After lunch, relax until 3:00 pm, then depart for an evening game drive. Look out for the rare reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, gerenuk, Somali ostrich and Grevy's zebra. Samburu is also home to many different bird species. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge, Samburu Intrepids Camp or similar. Meals included: Lunch and dinner.
Full Day Samburu National Reserve
Spend the whole day in Samburu National Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. Search for the rare reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, gerenuk, Somali ostrich and Grevy's zebra. Samburu is also famous for its rich variety of bird species and dramatic northern Kenya scenery. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge, Samburu Intrepids Camp or similar. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Samburu National Reserve – Aberdare National Park
Depart after breakfast for Aberdare National Park, arriving in time for lunch and check-in at the lodge. Relax until 3:00 pm, then enjoy an afternoon game drive with a chance to spot black rhinos, leopards, baboons, black-and-white colobus monkeys, Sykes' monkeys, lions, golden cats and the elusive bongo antelope, which lives in the bamboo forest. Dinner and overnight at Treetops Lodge, The Ark, Outspan Hotel or similar. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Aberdare National Park – Lake Nakuru National Park
After an early breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park via Thomson's Falls, arriving at approximately 11:00 am. Enjoy a short game drive en route to the lodge, followed by lunch and check-in. In the afternoon, visit the lake to view flamingos, pelicans and other water birds. You may also spot white and black rhinos, Rothschild's giraffes and waterbucks. The surrounding forest attracts a wide variety of bird species. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge, Flamingo Hill Tented Camp or similar. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Lake Nakuru National Park – Masai Mara National Reserve
Enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast, then travel along the Great Rift Valley, passing the extinct volcano of Mount Longonot en route to Masai Mara National Reserve. Enjoy game viewing on the way to the camp or lodge, followed by check-in and lunch. In the afternoon, explore this fascinating wildlife paradise with a chance to see giraffes, elephants, monkeys, leopards, lions, gazelles and many bird species. Dinner and overnight at Camp Oloshaiki, Mara Sopa Lodge, Ashnil Mara Lodge or similar. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Full Day Masai Mara National Reserve
Spend the whole day viewing wildlife in Masai Mara National Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. This is an excellent opportunity to see the Big Five: lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo and leopard. Wildebeest, zebras, cheetahs, gazelles and many other African wildlife species may also be seen. Dinner and overnight at Camp Oloshaiki, Mara Sopa Lodge, Ashnil Mara Lodge or similar. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Masai Mara National Reserve – Nairobi Airport / Hotel
Enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast, then depart for Nairobi with lunch served along the way. Arrive in the late afternoon and transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your Nairobi hotel. Meals included: Breakfast and lunch.
